Refund policy

At Amazing Robin Gifts, every order is carefully curated and thoughtfully prepared. Because of the personal nature of our gifts, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong item, or personal preference. But trust our little bird to bring you something they will cherish!

Thoughtfully Curated Gift Sets Our Thoughtfully Curated gift sets are assembled and packaged as complete gifts and are final sale. Individual items from a gift set cannot be returned separately.

If Something Goes Wrong On the rare occasion that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of shipment at hello@amazingrobingifts.com. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and our team will be happy to help. Depending on the circumstances, resolution may include a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund. Please keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.

Returns Approved by Exception In certain circumstances, we may accept a return at our discretion. If approved, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error. An approved return may be subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price.
