Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery timelines are estimated and determined by the carrier — we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow your order's journey directly with the carrier.

For time-sensitive gifts, we recommend ordering early to allow for any carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping is automatically applied to eligible individual item orders and cannot be combined with other discount codes. 

Packaging Discretion: Orders without gift packaging will be shipped in padded envelope mailers or kraft box mailers depending on size and weight. Please select a shipping rate that reflects the size and quantity of your purchase — for example, the Standard Padded Mailer rate is intended for flat, lightweight items and may not be suitable for multiple or bulkier items. We reserve the final right to select the most appropriate shipping packaging based on the items and quantities in your order.  If the shipping rate selected at checkout is insufficient for your order, we may contact you prior to fulfillment to confirm a packaging upgrade and any additional shipping cost before we proceed. 

Gift Shipping All orders can be shipped directly to your recipient — simply pick a card for the occasion and enter their address at checkout. For a fully gift-ready experience, select Robin Packaging: your items arrive wrapped in custom tissue paper and gift box with our logo, beautiful and ready to give. No sales receipt is included with any gift packaging.
